How does a candidate apply for a role?
They browse the careers portal, find a role and click Apply Now. The AI Recruitment Assistant guides them through the application one step at a time. It collects their email, an optional phone number, and their CV. The whole process takes around 5 minutes.
What file format does RecruitIQ accept for CVs?
PDF and DOCX Maximum file size is 10 MB. This is enforced on both the candidate side and the server side.
What does the AI screening produce for each applicant?
Every application gets an AI Match Score out of 100, a Shortlist or Reject recommendation, a plain-language candidate summary, and itemised strengths and concerns. All of it is grounded in the specific job posting.
Does RecruitIQ automatically reject or advance candidates?
No. The AI produces a recommendation but HR decides. No candidate is auto-rejected or auto-advanced. Every pipeline stage change is a manual HR action.
What happens if a candidate does not find a relevant role?
The careers portal has a persistent fallback. Candidates can send their CV directly to your HR inbox from the hero section and from the bottom of the job listings page.
Can HR re-run the AI evaluation?
Yes. HR can regenerate the AI evaluation at any time from the candidate profile. This is useful after a job description edit or a model update. It replaces the previous result with a new timestamp. Candidate data is never changed.
What happens if a candidate abandons the application midway?
The partial application is saved and remains visible to HR as an incomplete application. Nothing is lost.
