Yes. Each tenant is set to one of two Booking Types from the admin panel. Meeting/Demo gives a simple date and time booking, ideal for sales calls, discovery calls and consultations. Service Appointment gives a multi-step flow with a services catalogue, staff selection and OTP, ideal for salons, clinics and spas. Switching the Booking Type reshapes the flow without any redeployment.
Does BookingIQ sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, as an optional integration. By default, BookingIQ generates available slots purely from your configured schedule, with no calendar connection required. Connect Google Calendar and it syncs availability and auto-generates a Google Meet link, useful for virtual sales demos and remote consultations alike.
How does BookingIQ prevent double-bookings?
Slot availability is enforced server-side the moment a booking is created, not just when it's shown to the visitor. If a slot is taken between selection and submission, the booking is rejected and the visitor is prompted to pick another time. Double-booking can't happen.

For Service Appointment tenants, BookingIQ sends a one-time password to the visitor's phone number via SMS as the final step before booking confirmation. The visitor enters the OTP in the widget to complete the booking. This reduces no-shows and prevents spam or test bookings.
